The minimum stay is 1 night.
In the period from June 12th to September 11th the minimum stay is 7 nights, Arrivals and departures can be only on Saturdays.
Check in is after 15:00, check out max. until 9:30.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable:
For all cancellations, guests will not receive any refunds of their deposit paiment.
If the guest has already paid a deposit, in case he cancels 14 days or earlier from the date of arrival or in case of no show, the guest will pay the entire amount of the reservation that was agreed upon.
Please note, modifications or changing the reservation date is not possible.
The price includes:
Electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels.
The price does not Include
Cleaning Fee 15 €.
Cleaning Fee 30 € (Apartment 8).
Air condition 5 €/per day (on demand).
Additional person 20 €/per day (on demand).
Maximum one additional person per apartment.
Turistic taxes 1,5 € per person per day.
Pet fee 15 €/per day.
Payment
The payment of the chosen accommodation has two steps. The first part (advance) is to be paid in advance when booking, and the second part is to be paid upon your arrival to your chosen accommodation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer to the account.
Deposit Policy
The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
Note: bank fees are to be paid by the guest.

The Palma Apartments are located in the very centre of the vibrant resort town of Rabac. Due to their hillside location, the Palma Apartments look out onto Rabac, Rabac Bay with views of the sea and nearby nature.
Rabac is located only a few kilometers from the city of Labin in Istria. The road from Labin leads you along the ups and downs of a curvy hillside road offering beautiful views of the coast and breathtaking Mediterranean flora and fauna it offers.
